Okay, I admit it, I’ve got a thing for vegetables.
I spend a large portion of my waking hours buying, washing, peeling, slicing, chopping, shredding, steaming, sauteing, roasting, and mashing them — and eventually, eating them.
It’s actually how I relax after my day job (writing and editing children’s books). And it’s essential for my full-time job (taking care of two growing kids and a two hungry dogs).
With this blog, I combine my love of reading, and cooking, and reading about things to cook, and cooking things I’ve read about — and hopefully, offer you some delicious food for thought.
